Life of Pi
Pi faces lots of challenges in this story, just as I am sure you are doing in your life in Ecuador. Not to compare , but it's about how we cope and get through situations.
I personally enjoyed The Book Thief a lot. It takes a little time to get used to the writing style, but I loved the book. Love from the other Kitah Bet teacher.
